Dried Cultivated Veiled Oysters (Pleurotus dryinus)

Description

I have dried cultivated Veiled Oyster available.
Pleurotus dryinus. They have a delicious mushroomy flavor. In my opinion they have a different flavor than typical oyster mushrooms. plus they are beautiful mushrooms. I was one of the first few people to grow this indoors. They are so worth it.
This is for 1 ounce.
