Frozen Aronia Berries – Certified Organic (1 lb)

Description

Aronia is a super-fruit native to the Midwest.  The berries have nearly three times the antioxidants of blueberries according to the Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) table.  Aronia is a great source of anti-cancer flavonoids, as well as promotes cardiac health and high in vitamin C.

Their rich fruit flavor pairs well with any sort of sweet flavor such as apples, juices, and baked goods.  They are perfect to add to smoothies.  Aronia berries are delicious in muffins in place of blueberries.
