Pickled Ramp Bulbs

We sustainably forage ramps, (Allium tricoccum) in Wisconsin on privately managed lands.  These late season bulbs are absolutely delicious as pickles, and are thus able to be enjoyed off season!  Perfect for that garlic/onion flavor you crave.  Delicious in bloody mary’s and to substitute where you’d use pickles.  Try slicing them and adding to sandwiches/bagels or even using as a garlic substitute in your favorite recipes.
