Note: this is not just dried ramps mixed with salt, instead we process them together to create a unique, vibrant, and flavorful spice!

We carefully pick ramps in areas where they are abundant, only picking a few from each patch, and freeze them at peak freshness. We thaw them as needed, and then our slow dehydration process concentrates the flavor so you can enjoy ramp-goodness all year long.
